If you want to change the address, the email/ticket order's subject should be: Change Address+order number;
If you want to change the color, the email/ticket order's subject should be: Change Color+order number;
If your product has quality problems, the email/ticket order's subject should be: product model+quality issue+order number. You can also specify the problem, such as: product model+unable to power up+order number, RG505+screen or display quality+order number, RG505+sound or speaker issue+order number, RG505+no charge+order number, RG505+SD card issue+order number;
If you have a system issue, the email/ticket order's subject should be: product model+system issue+order number;
If you have a product question to ask, the email/ticket order's subject should be: product model+product inquiry;
If you want to return or exchange the product, the email/ticket order's subject should be: Return or Exchange+order number;
If you want to purchase accessories, the email/ticket order's subject should be: product model+accessory purchase+order number;
If there is a logistics problem, the email/ticket order's subject should be: logistics Issue+logistics number+order number.
If you received the wrong product or your product is missing, the email/ticket title should be: wrong order/product missing + order number.
If you are a returning customer and want to purchase accessories, please send an email/ticket to us. The email/ticket title should be: purchase accessories + product model + order number.
