Can I purchase after-sales parts?

We are currently working to improve our after-sales service experience. For now, Accessory sales service is only available as after-sales support for orders placed in our store.

If you have purchased products on our website, please contact us via email or support ticket. 

Please title your email or ticket: "purchasing parts + product model + order number." Please use the same email address that you used when placing your order.
