Unable to power on, unable to charge (For RG 35XX series, RG 40XX series and RG CubeXX.).

Applicable models: RG NANO, RG28XX, RG 35XX+, RG 35XXSP, RG 35XXH, RG35XX PLUS, RG 40XXV, RG 40XXH

1. Confirm that the charging head is 5V2A and the charging cable is original (Apple charging cable is not allowed);

2. Charge with charging head, not computer or charging bank;

3. Could you please take it apart and reconnect the battery?

If it doesn't work, it may be a system failure that causes the freeze, which can usually be fixed by updating the system.

1. Make sure to use a 5V2A charger and the original charging cable

2. Write the latest version of the system to the SD card of TF1

3. After the system update is completed, please open the back cover of the game console and reconnect the battery cable

f the issue persists, please record a video and submit it through the support ticket. The video should include: plugging in the charger, attempting to power on, and observing whether the indicator light turns on.
