Please confirm the following:
1. Have you tried plugging the charger into the game console for more than 15 minutes?
2. Is the original system SD card inserted when the game console is charging?
3. Confirm whether to use the original charging cable?
4. Check if the charger is 5V2A?
5. Please insert the original system SD card into the computer to confirm whether the sd card is damaged?
6. After confirming the above, please try to flash the firmware.
Note: Please use the original system SD card!
After updating the firmware, please plug in the charger, press the reset button, wait for 15 minutes and observe whether the charging light is on, and try to turn it on.
If it cannot be fixed, please contact the customer service ASAP.
