Why haven't I received any tracking information?

There could be several reasons:


1.Your package is still being processed and has not been shipped yet.


2.Please verify that the email address you provided when placing the order is correct and that it is a frequently used email address.


3.If none of the above issues apply, please contact our customer service team promptly.
