When can I change my order?

You can only change the shipping information of your order before the product has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping information. Please note that if delivery fails or incurs additional fees due to incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for those fees.
