1. Please download the “Gamepad Tester” app (can be downloaded directly under Android) to test the buttons (if possible, please take a video of the test process, and consult customer service if you have any questions.)
2. Please try to open the back shell of the console and reconnect the place circled in the picture.
3. If the problem can't be solved by yourself through this method, you can consult customer service for help.
