When you set the four modes of "Stop", "Auto", "Cool" and "Strong", and the fan does not turn, here are some steps you can try:
1. Check whether a third-party system is installed. If another system is installed, the fan may not work.
2. Tap the screen of the console down to your palm, or tap the screen down with your palm at the fan position.
3. Turn the blade manually.
4. Remove the back cover and check the fan socket
